June 6, 2019, the regular training course for teachers of “Chess” started. It consisted of two sections: psycho-pedagogical and chess.
At the end of the training, the participants passed the exam, completing a two-part questionnaire, the first part refers to chess tasks, and the second one was aimed at checking psycho-pedagogical knowledge of teachers.
Specialists were assessed on a twenty-scale scale. As a result, current and future teachers will receive certificates for teaching “Chess” subjects for 1, 2 or 3 years, depending on the results of the test.
The Psychological and Pedagogical Department is focused on the discussion of the psychological and psychological peculiarities of junior schoolchildren that help teachers to better organize the learning process.
Particular attention was paid to the development of class planning and assessment capabilities, as well as the nuances and skills of teachers working with pupils in need of special education conditions.
