Started as beginner coach and became State Coach of Sport Committee of USSR (Department of Chess and Checkers), Founder and First Head of Chair of Theory and Methodic of Chess in Russian State Social University. Responsible for Chess in school in Russia (Project “Chess Education in Russian Schools”).
